Timuçin Samancıoğlu, who graduated from Near East University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of International Relations in 2007, started to work as Near East Bank Central Branch as a Teller in 2008.

Appointed as Çatalköy Branch Manager in 2011 and as University Branch Manager in 2012, Samancıoğlu was appointed as Assistant Manager of Insurance and ADK Operations in 2013, Central Marketing and Product Development Unit Manager in 2016, and Group Manager in 2020. Samancıoğlu, who continued to work as the Marketing Group Manager from 2019 to 2021 and as the Marketing, Operations and Human Resources Group Manager from June 2021.

As of February 2022, she has been serving as Assistant General Manager responsible for Marketing, Operations and Human Resources.

Born in Famagusta in 1984, Samancıoğlu has a good command of English. He is married and has a child.
