Near East Schools Education Loan
* Collateral: Credit can be extended against various types of collateral such as blocked deposits, real estate mortgages, salary redirection, vehicle liens, and personal guarantees. The collateral to be obtained is evaluated on a credit basis, and more than one collateral can be requested, provided that at least one is available.
* Documents to be Requested: These are the documents requested from the borrower and guarantors for all loans.
a) Original Identification Card or Passport of the Applicant and Guarantors (Originals should be presented and photocopies taken).
b) Residence certificate or official document registered in the customer's name (such as electricity or municipal water bills, etc.).
c) Income statement.
d) Document showing the tuition fee from the school where registration will be made.
Additionally:
e) Within the framework of the Consumer Credit Law (Law No. 31/2020), wet-signed second copies of the following documents given to the customer by the Bank, acknowledging receipt by the customer and guarantors,
