Representative Office In Turkey

Near East Bank’s aim at becoming part of the global finance markets by carrying out banking services outside the borders of the country, took its first steps in Turkey which stands out due to its young and growing population, and strong economic indicators. Near East Bank became the first TRNC bank to open a Representative Office in Turkey. The Representative Office of Near East Bank in Turkey officially started its activities in February 2013 in İstanbul, the centre of finance, trade and culture in Turkey.

The objective is to achieve the following, through the proactive, expert banking and an understanding of representation,

• Becoming the first contact point of TRNC companies which; operate in Turkey, have partnerships with Turkish companies that plan to invest in Turkey,
• Providing banking services through the Near East Bank to companies which trade or wish to trade with TRNC, and to companies which plan to invest in TRNC,
• Gaining new correspondent banks through conducting the relations, and developing and deepening the relations with current correspondent banks.

Representation in Turkey operates in a way to support the vision of the Near East Bank to become the leading bank in TRNC.
